MotoGPod

Taniwha Solutions developed an entirely new website for the popular MotoGP Podcast motogpod. The client wanted to continue using their current desktop RSS-creation tool, so we implemented a solution that subscribed to their feed, and created new Audio Module nodes from the RSS feed items. This involved using the quite new (at the time) FeedAPI module, and extending it to support the client's requirement. The client also wanted a very clean/bare looking theme, so we provided them with one, and tweaked it where required.

A couple of years later, the client approached us again to provide a "refresh" to their site. We used this opportunity to update to Drupal 6, and change their nodes to basic CCK nodes with File Field fields. We also refreshed their theme to something more contemporary, and migrated all their data (episodes, comments, users etc). The Drupal 6 version of the site is due to go live in January.
